Richard Repetto, CFA, is a Principal of Sandler O'Neill + Partners, L.P. His research coverage includes the e-brokerage, execution venues and e-specialty finance sectors. Mr. Repetto has received numerous accolades for his equity research. He has earned numerous industry awards, including Analyst of the Year in 2010 by the Financial Times/StarMine. Mr. Repetto was previously a Managing Director at Putnam Lovell NBF. This position followed his work at Lehman Brothers, where he established the firm's research coverage of the Internet financial services sector. Mr. Repetto holds a B.S. in general engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and an MBA in finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Profile
MATTHEW VETTO, CFA, is an Internet Financial Services Analyst at Salomon Smith Barney. He was previously associated with Ernst & Young and Lane Capital Management. Mr. Vetto is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Analyst. He received a BA from the University of Washington and an MBA from Columbia Business School. ALAN WEICHSELBAUM is a Senior Vice President and Research Analyst at Gerard Klauer Mattison & Co., Inc. (GKM), covering the Internet sector. Prior to joining GKM he was a Partner at Arbor Partners, LP, a New York- based hedge fund with a value investment philosophy. Prior to that, Mr. Weichselbaum was a Junior Analyst at NatWest Securities, where he followed the metals and mining industry. In addition, he worked for three years at Philip Morris as a Manager of Financial Forecasting and Analysis and for two years as a Staff Accountant. Mr. Vetto: It's a great question, and one that doesn't have an

immediately obvious answer, I think. From my standpoint it's a very

broad waterfront.
