ROBERT WILLIAMS – BIOSCRYPT INC (BYT:TSX)

ROBERT L. WILLIAMS became President and CEO of Bioscrypt on September 27, 2004, after being a member of the Bioscrypt Board of Directors since May 2001. He is responsible for guiding the companies strategic development Rob brings more than 20 years of experience in the data communications industry, with a focus on wireless communications Prior to joining Bioscrypt as CEO, he was vice president of engineering for Psion Teklogix Inc., the largest operating division of Psion PLC and a global provider of mobile computing solutions and devices for the enterprise. Prior to joining Psion, Mr. Williams served as senior vice president of product development for Certicom Corp., a leading provider of information security software and services, specializing in solutions for mobile e-business. He was responsible for worldwide product development activities and management of the company's Canadian operations based in Mississauga, Ontario. With tremendous knowledge of security, as well as encryption, he has held a wide range of senior management positions with a variety of high technology companies in Canada. Before Certicom Corp., he was president of Nexsys-Commtech, a company engaged in the development of wireless gateway technology for the utility industry. Prior to that, he was vice president of operations for Mobile Computing Corporation, a company that develops wireless information management systems for the transportation industry and Vice President of Development for TIL Systems Limited, a developer of networking solutions for the financial services industry. Mr. Williams has also been involved in the development of mission critical communications systems for a variety of companies in the energy and financial services industries.
