ROBERT W. SINGER is President and Chief Executive Officer of Keystone Consolidated Industries. From 1982 to present, Mr. Singer has been Vice President of KEYCON; President LLC Wire company, he was responsible for TEMSA (Mexican company); Valmont Insurance; TIME-DC Motor Freight. He is currently on the Board of CompX International, Inc.; Columbian Mutual Life Insurance Company. He also served as President and COO of Keystone from 1993 to February 1997 and as CEO of Keystone since February 1997. Mr. Singer has also served as an executive officer or director of various companies related to Valhi and Contran since 1982. From 1979-1982, President, Merchant Metals. From 1962-1979; Howmet Aluminum (part of Pecheney Ugene Kuhlman); Salesman; District Manager; General Sales Manager; General Manager of Manufacturing; Corporate Director of Planning/Marketing for U.S. operations of Howmet.
