Robert Lyon – Institutional Capital Corporation

ROBERT H. LYON is President and Chief Investment Officer of Institutional Capital Corporation. He joined the firm in 1976 as a Securities Analyst. Prior to 1976, Mr. Lyon worked at the First National Bank of Chicago in the area of strategy and economics. In 1981, he joined Fred Alger Management in New York where he was an Investment Analyst and Executive Vice President. In 1988, Mr. Lyon returned to Institutional Capital Corporation and initially served as Director of Research before leading a group of senior professionals in arranging the buyout of the firm's Founder. Mr. Lyon graduated from Northwestern University with a BA in Economics and earned an MBA from the Wharton School of Finance. In addition to being a Director of Institutional Capital Corporation and the ICAP Funds, he is a trustee of the YMCA of Greater Chicago and the Lekotek Foundation. Profile
