ROBERT J. KOHLHEPP is Chief Executive Officer of Cintas
Corporation. He joined Cintas in July 1967 as Controller. Mr.
Kohlhepp was promoted to positions of General Manager, Vice
President and Treasurer. In 1979 he was elected Executive Vice
President and a member of the company's Board of Directors. In
1984 he was elected President and in 1995 was elected Chief
Executive Officer. Mr. Kohlhepp is a member of the following
organizations: Member ' Chief Executives Organization; Member '
World Presidents' Organization; Member ' Commercial Club '
Cincinnati, Ohio; Member ' Commonwealth Club ' Cincinnati, Ohio.
Mr. Kohlhepp is a Director of Cintas Corporation, Trustee of
Xavier University and Director of Parker Hannifin Corporation. He
is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a BS degree in
Business Administration from Thomas More College, 1963 and an MBA

implementing corporate identity uniform programs, which we both
