Richard Johnson – Columbia Funds

ROBERT C. MARVIN is a Vice President of Columbia Management Company. He focuses on small and mid-cap securities. A Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Marvin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from the University of California at Berkeley and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California at Los Angeles. RICHARD J. JOHNSON is a Vice President and Portfolio Manager of Columbia Small Cap Fund and Columbia Special Fund. He joined Columbia in 1994 and has been responsible for managing Columbia Management Company's Small Cap Fund and Columbia Trust Company's Small Stock Investment Fund, representing more than $450 million in total assets. Before Joining Columbia, Mr. Johnson served as Portfolio Manager and Analyst at Provident Investment Counsel, a major West Coast money management firm. A 1980 Cum Laude graduate of Occidental College, he holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
