RICHARD H. ECKENRODT, JR. is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Threshold Advisor Mid-Cap Fund and is the Director of Research at Kennedy Capital Management, Inc. the Fund's Advisor. Prior to assuming the management of the Fund, Mr. Eckenrodt held portfolio management and analytical positions with the Lindner Funds. FRANK A. LATUDA, JR., is a Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Kennedy Capital Management, managing the Small-Cap Value I product. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an analyst for Burns, Pauli, Mahoney Company. Mr. Latuda earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, an MS in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Illinois. He was awarded the CFA Charter in 1995 and is currently a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR) and the St. Louis Society of Financial Analysts. Profile
