Jennifer A. Thompson, CFA, is a Managing Director, Senior Analyst and Director of Research at Portales Partners, LLC, an independent financial services broker/dealer based in New York. She is a sell-side equity research analyst with over 20 years of experience analyzing large-cap banks and the banking industry overall. Prior to joining Portales Partners, LLC, in 2008, Ms. Thompson was a Senior Research Analyst at Oppenheimer & Co., Putnam Lovell NBF and UBS. She started her career as a Regulator within the Bank Supervision Department at The Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Ms. Thompson received an MBA in finance and accounting from The Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Fordham University.
