R. DIRK ALLISON is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
of Renal Care Group, Inc. He has over 15 years of experience in the
healthcare industry. Prior to joining Renal Care Group in October 1999,
he was President and Chief Executive Officer of MedSynergies, Inc., a
physician practice management company. From 1995-1997 he was President
and CEO of Capstone Pharmacy, a public institutional pharmacy provider.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds both a Bachelor's degree
in Accounting from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and a Master of
Business Administration in Corporate Finance from the University of
