David Tarantino is Robert W. Baird & Co.'s Senior Analyst covering restaurants, as well as the Associate Director of Research. Prior to joining Baird in 2003, he held a variety of positions in brand management and product development at The Procter & Gamble Company. TWST: Where are you focusing your attention in the restaurant space these days?

Mr. Tarantino: As always, we think the metric that is most important to track for the industry is same-store traffic
