Paul Donovan – Wisconsin Energy Corporation (wec)

PAUL DONOVAN is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Wisconsin Energy Corporation. Mr. Donovan joined Wisconsin Energy as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 1999 and was promoted to Executive Vice President in May 2002. Prior to joining Wisconsin Energy, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sundstrand Corp. in Rockford, Illinois. He began his career with Sundstrand in 1988 as Corporate Treasurer and was elected Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer that same year. In 1990, Mr. Donovan was elected Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Over a five-year period beginning in 1983, he held a variety of corporate financial positions with Allied Signal Inc., including the positions of Assistant Treasurer and Assistant Controller. Mr. Donovan has also held finance positions with Ford Motor Company and was the Director of International Operations and Managing Director of Operations in the United Kingdom for PHH Group, Inc. Mr. Donovan graduated from Fairfield University in 1969 with a Bachelor's degree. He worked as a teacher before returning to graduate school full time. He earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan in 1976. Mr. Donovan is a member of the Board of Directors for AMCORE Financial, Inc., and serves on its compensation and investment committees. Additionally, he is a member of the Board of Directors for the Woodward Governor Company, where he serves on its audit and compensation committees. In October 2001, Mr. Donovan was elected to the Solutia Inc. Board of Directors and serves on its audit and finance committee. Also, in November 2001, he was appointed as a member of the newly created Forecast Advisory Council for the State of Wisconsin's Department of Revenue. Profile
