GLENN T. POWERS, Senior Research Analyst, joined Roth Capital Partners'
Research Department in March 1997. He follows telecommunications and
Internet companies. Prior to joining Roth Capital, Mr. Powers was a
Managing Director in the Research Department of Dain Bosworth and headed
the firm's telecommunications practice. He has been a Securities Analyst
for over 10 years, starting with Dallas-based William K. Woodruff & Co.,
before joining Dain. Mr. Powers has a BA from Amherst College. Profile
