GERALD S. FLEMING joined WR Hambrecht + Co in March as a Senior Research
Analyst covering semiconductor capital equipment. Mr. Fleming has 30
years of experience as a technology analyst covering semiconductor
capital equipment, semiconductor devices, aerospace and electronics.
Prior to joining WR Hambrecht + Co, he had worked for Oppenheimer & Co.,
Tucker Anthony Sutro and Bear Stearns. He was recently ranked number one
of 70 semiconductor and equipment analysts and was awarded five-star
ratings by StarMine for both EPS estimate accuracy and recommendation
performance. Mr. Fleming has a BEE degree from Cornell University and a
PhD in Solid State Physics from Iowa State University and formerly
