JOHN MCPEAKE is a Senior E-Development Software Analyst at Prudential

Research Analyst alongside an Institutional Investor-ranked imaging
analyst. Previously, Mr. McPeake was Chief Operating Officer of a $25
million division of Thomson Financial services, where he oversaw a staff
of 35, including a team of 10 Programmers and Systems Engineers. At
Thomson Financial, he was responsible for several large-scale commercial
clients, server and client/server software projects. Mr. McPeake holds
