JOHN REX is a Senior Research Analyst at Bear, Stearns & Co. in the
Managed Care/Health Benefits sector. Prior to joining Bear, Stearns he
was with another investment bank in a similar capacity. Before becoming
an equity research analyst, Mr. Rex had 10 years of industry experience
consulting to and working with some of the leading health care payors
and providers. He earned a BA in Economics and Accounting from Brigham
Young University and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of
