Outlook For Ems Companies: Joseph Wolf – Banc Of America Securities

JOSEPH WOLF is a Vice President and Senior Equity Research Analyst at Banc of America Securities where he covers the electronic manufacturing services (EMS) sector. He was a member of the number one ranked team in the 2002 Greenwich Survey for coverage of the optical components sector. Mr. Wolf joined BAS in 2003 from UBS Warburg where he had served as a senior research analyst covering the EMS industry since 2002. Prior to that, he served as a senior analyst covering the optical communications sector from 2000 to 2002 and was part of the telecom equipment research team from 1998 to 2000. Mr. Wolf has also held positions in Smith Barney's corporate debt research department and as an electrical engineer at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. He earned an MBA degree from Columbia Business School, a BS degree in Engineering and Applied Sciences from Columbia University and a BA degree from Yeshiva University. Profile
TWST: Can we start with how you are defining EMS at this point and what

you do include in your coverage?

Mr. Wolf: The EMS universe has more stocks than I cover in it, and you

may want to
