Yair Reiner is Executive Director and Senior Analyst for aerospace and defense electronics at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. He was most recently the firm’s Senior Analyst covering applied technology, building a core coverage universe around consumer electronics based on a food-chain approach. Mr. Reiner began his equity research career in 2004 at the firm as part of Shaul Eyal’s communication software and Israeli technology team. Mr. Reiner earned his MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business and an M.S. in comparative literature from the University of California, Los Angeles. Before embarking on his Wall Street career, he was an Editor, Writer and Radio Producer. In 2002, he won a Peabody Award for excellence in journalism as Co-Producer of a National Public Radio series.
