TWST: As the companies in your group have started to report their second-quarter results, what have been some of the key takeaways, and have there been any notable surprises?
Steve Smigie, Analyst, joined the Raymond James & Associates, Inc., technology group in August 2001, where he covers the analog and communications semiconductors sector. Mr. Smigie has been cited twice as a top semiconductor stock picker in Investor's Business Daily, is quoted frequently in numerous press publications, and has appeared on CNBC and Bloomberg TV. Before joining Raymond James & Associates, Inc., Mr. Smigie worked for Needham & Company, LLC, where he spent four years working in investment banking and equity research. He earned an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a B.A. with honors from Bucknell University. Profile
