Marc A. Cohen, Co-founder of OPNET Technologies, Inc., has served as Chairman of
the Board since the company's inception in 1986 and as Chief Executive Officer
since 1994. From 1986 to 1992, Mr. Cohen was a Consultant with Booz Allen &
Hamilton, an international management and consulting company. Mr. Cohen received
a bachelor's degree in engineering science from Harvard University and a
master's degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University. Mr. Cohen is
also a member of the board of trustees of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in

Mr. Cohen: Sure. I'm actually a Co-founder of the company. My brother and I
started the
