JARED SHAW is a Vice President at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc.,
responsible for research coverage of regional and community banks in the
northeastern US. He is based in Hartford, Connecticut. Prior to joining
KBW in 2001, Mr. Shaw was a Vice President with Friedman, Billings,
Ramsey & Co., Inc., in Arlington, Virginia and had research
responsibility for a variety of community banks in the eastern United
States. Before becoming a Research Analyst, he was an Associate in
FBR's real estate investment banking group. Mr. Shaw is also a member
of America's Community Bankers National Operations, Security and
Technology Committee. Mr. Shaw is a graduate of George Washington
