NORMAN E. JOHNSON has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of
CLARCOR Inc. since 2000. Prior to that he was President and Chief
Operating Officer from 1995 to 2000, Group Vice President Filtration,
from 1993 to 1995 and President of Baldwin Filters from 1990 to 1993.
Mr. Norman has a BA degree in Business from the University of Iowa and
an MBA from Drake University. He was in the Advanced Executive
Development Program at the University of Minnesota and the Executive
