NICK KORMELUK, Vice President, Investor Relations, has been head of
Investor Relations since joining Covad Communications in December 1998.
Prior to joining Covad, he was the Senior Director of Investor Relations
at C-Cube Microsystems Inc. As an integral part of the management team,
he handled all Wall Street relationships, assisted with banking
relationships and reduced the amount of outstanding corporate debt.
Prior to C-Cube, Mr. Kormeluk held investor relations, strategic
planning and market development positions with Merck & Co., Inc. and
PacifiCare Health Systems. He received his BS in Finance from Pepperdine
University and his MBA with honors from the Argyros School of Business &
