NEIL HENNESSY is President and Portfolio Manager of Hennessy Funds,
Inc., where he manages four mutual funds: Balanced Fund, Total Return
Fund, Cornerstone Value Fund and Cornerstone Growth Fund. He started his
financial career over 22 years ago as a Broker at Paine Webber and
attended the Wharton School of Upper Management. In 1989 Mr. Hennessy
opened his own broker/dealer, Edward J. Hennessy, Incorporated. In
1996 he started Hennessy Funds, Inc., and was the first portfolio
manager to utilize the 'Dogs of the Dow' investment philosophy in
