RICHARD G. GROSS II is a senior vice president of Lehman Brothers' Equity Research Department where he specializes in independent producers, midstream, oil service and pipeline stock. Previously, Mr. Gross was associated with Underwood, Neuhaus & Co., E.F. Hutton, J.P. Morgan and Penmark Investments. He earned both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Finance from the University of Illinois. Mr. Gross is a former board member and five time Chairman of the National Petroleum Investment Analysts Associated.
