MITCHELL GROSS co-founded Mobius Management Systems, Inc., and has
served as President and a Director since 1981, and as Chairman of the
Board and Chief Executive Officer since 1996. Prior to co-founding
Mobius, Mr. Gross was a senior consultant at American Management
Systems, Inc., a consulting and software products organization, from
1978 to 1981. Mr. Gross was an officer in the U. S. Navy, serving on
nuclear submarines from 1971 to 1976. He holds an MBA in Finance from
The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Mechanical
Engineering from Columbia University School of Engineering and Applied
Science. Mr. Gross was honored by Ernst & Young as regional high-
technology Entrepreneur of the Year in 1998. He has been quoted in
mainstream business publications as well as in trade publications
crossing all industry lines. Under his direction as President and CEO,
Mobius has managed implementation of mission-critical software solutions
for leading companies across all industries and around the globe,
including more than 60% of the Fortune 100. Profile

doing at the present time?
Mr. Gross: Mobius was founded in 1981 and
