MICHAEL R. TUCKER is Assistant Vice President/Portfolio Manager for
Federated Investors, Inc. He brings eight years of Federated experience
to his position, where he is responsible for portfolio management of the
Federated Communications Technology Fund. Mr. Tucker leads the Federated
team of technology and communications sector analysts. Before his
current position, he was Senior Investment Analyst providing technology
research/analytical support in the equity growth area. Mr. Tucker earned
a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management and Economics, as well as a
