MICHAEL J. SMALL became Chief Executive Officer and a Director of
Centennial Communications Corp. in January 1999. Before joining
Centennial, Mr. Small served as Executive Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer from 1995 of 360 Communications Company, a wireless
service provider. 360 Communications merged with ALLTEL Corporation in
July 1998. Before 1995, he served as President of Lynch Corporation, a
diversified acquisition-oriented company with operations in
telecommunications, manufacturing and transportation services. Mr. Small
received an MBA from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of
Business and a BA magna cum laude in History from Colgate University. He
is a member of the Board of Directors of Valor Telecom and the Cellular
Telecommunications Industry Association. Profile
