Michael Morgan – Kinder Morgan Inc (kmi)

MICHAEL C. MORGAN is President of Kinder Morgan, Inc., Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, LP, and Kinder Morgan Management, LLC. He was elected President in July 2001 and became the third member of Kinder Morgan's Office of the Chairman, joining Richard D. Kinder, Chairman and CEO, and William V. Morgan, Vice Chairman. Mr. Morgan joined Kinder Morgan as Vice President of Corporate Development when the company was formed in February 1997. He also served as Vice President of Strategy and Investor Relations. Before joining Kinder Morgan, he worked in the energy practice of McKinsey & Co., and also served in a management role for PSI Energy, Inc., an Indiana electric utility. Mr. Morgan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School as well as a Bachelor's in Economics and a Master's in Sociology from Stanford University.
