Michael F. Glennie – Boca Resorts Inc (rst)

WILLIAM M. PIERCE has been Boca Resorts' Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer since March 1997 and a director of Florida Panthers Hockey Club, Inc. ('Panthers, Inc.'), the general partner of Florida Panthers Hockey Club (the 'Panthers'), since November 1996. From January 1990 to March 1997, Mr. Pierce served as an officer of Huizenga Holdings and as the CFO and a director of numerous other private companies owned by Mr. Huizenga. From April 1979 to December 1989, he held Controller and General Manager positions for Sky Chefs, a food and retail service subsidiary of American Airlines. MICHAEL F. GLENNIE serves as Senior Vice President for Boca Resorts, Inc. He oversees all resort and club operations for the company. This unique collection of properties includes: the Boca Raton Resort & Club in Boca Raton, Florida; the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix, Arizona; the Registry Resort and the Edgewater Beach Resort in Naples, Florida; and the Hyatt Regency Pier 66 Resort & Marina, the Radisson Bahia Mar Resort & Yachting Center and the Grande Oaks Golf Club in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Mr. Glennie is responsible for implementing the company's business plan which includes a rollout of the Boca Premier Club concept in Fort Lauderdale, Naples and Phoenix Arizona, and executing the internal growth opportunities that exist in each destination. In addition to these duties, Mr. Glennie serves as President of the Boca Raton Resort & Club a position he has held since 1987. He was responsible for creating the Premier Club in 1991, a private membership club which has contributed significantly to the profitability of the Boca Raton Resort Club. In January 1998, the Resort opened a new 140,000 square foot, state-of-the-art convention center, which has confirmed the Resort's leadership position in the convention business. Prior to Boca, Mr. Glennie's previous tenures included manager of the Waldorf-Astoria in New York City for two and a half years and 10 years with Rockresorts in various management positions.
