Matthew Lawlor – Online Resources & Communications Corp (orcc)

MATTHEW P. LAWLOR is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Online Resources. He is also a co-Founder and has 25 years of financial services experience. Mr. Lawlor headed a consumer banking division for Chemical Bank in New York and directed Chemical's International Investment Company, managing its overseas banks and joint ventures. Mr. Lawlor worked as a Project Engineer with RCA before beginning his banking career. In 1980, he served as a Presidential Exchange Executive with the White House. He later formed a venture development firm that provided capital to RSA Security Dynamics and other early-stage technology companies. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Electronic Funds Transfer Association and chairs its Internet Commerce Council. Mr. Lawlor holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard University. Profile
