MARK KELLER – A.G. EDWARDS & SONS INC

MARK A. KELLER is Senior Vice President of A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc., the brokerage subsidiary of St. Louis-based financial services firm A.G. Edwards, Inc., and Chief Investment Officer of A.G. Edwards Asset Management. Having joined A.G. Edwards in 1978, Mr. Keller has more than 25 years of experience in investment analysis and portfolio management and is well versed in the value approach to equity investing. As Chief Investment Officer of A.G. Edwards Asset Management, he oversees more than $2 billion in client assets. He has been a member of the brokerage firm's Investment Strategy Committee since 1985, and has served as Chairman of the committee since 1999. In this capacity, he oversees a collaborative effort by representatives of a number of the firm's research departments to analyze the current situation and outlook for the economy and financial markets. This analysis provides the basis for the firm's asset allocation recommendations to its clients. Mr. Keller is quoted frequently by a variety of national and regional media outlets, including NBC, CBS, CNBC, Money magazine, Associated Press, Bloomberg and USA Today. In 2003, he won the second annual SmartMoney Challenge, which tested the investment "savvy" of three money managers from top investment firms. His portfolio returned the highest gains of the three, and led for the entire 12-month duration of the challenge. A holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, Mr. Keller is a member of the CFA Institute and the Investment Analysts' Society of Chicago.
