MARK EMERY is President and Chief Executive Officer of Northstar
Aerospace Inc., North America's leading independent manufacturer of
flight critical gears and transmissions for aviation and aerospace
applications. Before joining Northstar, Mr. Emery was President and
Chief Executive Officer of Indalex Aluminum Solutions Group, Chicago,
Illinois, North America's largest independent extruder of engineered
aluminum components for a wide variety of applications including
building and construction, electrical, transportation and other market
segments. The company's equity partner was the Asia Aluminum Group of
The People's Republic of China. An experienced international executive,
Mr. Emery has also been President of Caradon Terrain Ltd. located in
Kent, United Kingdom; President of Hubbard Group, Suffolk, United
Kingdom; and President of Margaux CVC Ltd., Surrey, United Kingdom.
Prior to joining the corporate sector, Mr. Emery was Senior Engagement
Manager for McKinsey & Co., a global leader in business consulting and
strategy. Mr. Emery earned a Bachelor of Science (Civil Engineering)
degree from Bristol University, United Kingdom and a Master's of
Business Administration from the University of Chicago, Illinois. Profile
