Chris Montoya, CFA, Senior Vice President and Equities Manager, joined First Financial Trust in 2001 as an Investment Analyst and is now the Lead Manager of the Equity Income Portfolio and Co-Manager of the Core and Strategic Growth Portfolios. He focuses his sector analyses on financials, energy and consumer staples. A CFA charterholder, Mr. Montoya is a member of CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Dallas-Fort Worth. He graduated summa cum laude from McMurry University in 2000 with a marketing degree. Mr. Montoya has held numerous leadership positions in the community. He has formerly served as a Food Bank of West Central Texas board chairman.
