founded the company in 1978 with his wife, Lana Hingle. Mr. Stockstill
has over 38 years of experience in all aspects of offshore pipelay and
construction operations. Mr. Stockstill has previously held positions at
Brown & Root, Inc., and Taylor Diving, Inc., and has worked both
