RALPH LINDENBLATT, CFA, joined Bissett Investment Management, a division of Franklin Templeton Investments, in 2001. He is Senior Vice President and Co-Manager of the Bissett Small Cap Fund and Bissett Microcap Fund. Mr. Lindenblatt joined Bissett as an Equity Analyst before progressing to the position of Co-Manager in 2006. In November 2007, he was appointed Vice President and Manager for the Bissett Small Cap Fund and Bissett Microcap Fund. In addition to his portfolio management responsibilities, Mr. Lindenblatt manages various institutional small-cap mandates.
