Lee Hillman – Bally Total Fitness Holding Corporation (bft)

LEE S. HILLMAN has been a Director of Bally Total Fitness Holding since September 1992 and was elected President and CEO in October 1996. Additionally, he was Treasurer of the company from April 1991 to October 1996, Executive Vice President from September 1995 to October 1996, Senior Vice President from April 1991 to September 1995 and CFO from April 1991 to May 1994. Mr. Hillman was Vice President, CFO and Treasurer of Bally Entertainment Corporation between November 1991 to December 1996 and Executive Vice President of Bally Entertainment between August 1992 and December 1996. From October 1989 to April 1991, he was a partner with the accounting firm of Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Hillman is also a Director of Holmes Place, Plc. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration for the University of Chicago and received his BS in Finance and Accounting from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania.
