LATTIMORE M. MICHAEL is Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of

Burgers in March 1987 in Cleveland, Mississippi. Additionally, he owned
and operated Michael's Enterprises, Inc., until 1993, and then devoted

moved to Memphis, Tennessee in 1990. The company was taken public in
