KEVIN C. EICHLER is Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of MIPS
Technologies, Inc. He is responsible for the management and strategic
planning of corporate financial and investor relations activities for
the company. For this role, he draws on both his high technology and
financial experience. Previously, Mr. Eichler served as CFO and Vice
President of Operations for Visigenic Software. Prior responsibilities
included financial management positions with Microsoft Corp. and NeXT,
