KEITH O. RATTIE is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of
Questar Corporation. Prior to Questar, he served as Senior Vice
President of The Coastal Corporation. Prior to Coastal he spent 19 years
with Chevron Corporation, where he served as General Manager of the
company's international gas unit. Mr. Rattie serves on the Boards of the
Interstate Natural Gas Association of America and Gas Technology
Institute and is a member of the National Petroleum Council. He also
serves on the Board of Governors of the Salt Lake Area Chamber of
Commerce and is a member of the Board of Directors of Zions First
National Bank in Salt Lake City. Mr. Rattie is a native of Washington
state and holds an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from
the University of Washington and an MBA from St. Mary's College
