JOSEPH R. SANDOVAL has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of R-G Financial Corporation since 1997. He is responsible for
the overall financial responsibility for R-G Financial Corporation and
its wholly owned subsidiaries, R-G Premier Bank, R-G Crown Bank and R-G
Mortgage Corp., including accounting, finance, and certain treasury
functions. He is a member of the Executive Committee of R-G Financial
Corporation and the Interest Rate Risk and Risk Management Committees of
R-G Premier Bank and R-G Crown Bank. Mr. Sandoval is a Board member of
R-G Acquisition Corporation, parent to R-G Crown Bank. Prior to joining
R-G Financial, he was an Audit Senior Manager for Price Waterhouse from
1987 to 1996 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He has an MBA with a
concentration in Corporate Finance and Investments from the University
of Michigan and a BBA with a concentration in Accounting from the
University of Puerto Rico. Mr. Sandoval has been a Certified Public
Accountant in Puerto Rico since May 1988. Profile
