JOSEPH LOONEY joined Manchester Technologies, Inc., as Chief Financial
Officer in May 1996. Prior to that, from 1984-1996, he was employed by
the accounting firm of KPMG LLP in various positions of increasing
responsibility, ending with Senior Audit Manager. Mr. Looney is a
Certified Public Accountant, member of the AICPA, the New York State
Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Internal
Auditors. He holds a BS degree in Accounting from Queens College of the
City University of New York and a Master of Science degree in Taxation
from Long Island University. He is also an Adjunct Professor of
