JOHN WEALE was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of IPC Holdings, Ltd., on February 19, 2002. Since July 1996, he
had served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of IPC
Holdings, Ltd., in July 1996. Prior to joining IPC, he had spent over 13
years with AIG in Bermuda, serving in a variety of positions, the most
recent being Vice President, Offshore Management Services. Prior to
joining AIG, he was an Accountant in the Commercial Aircraft Division of
