JOHN D. RACE is co-Founder, Partner and Portfolio Manager for DePrince,
Race & Zollo, Inc. He oversees the portfolio management, research and
trading functions as it relates to the firm's small cap value and the
micro-cap value disciplines. Prior to forming the firm, Mr. Race was a
Director, Partner and President of SunBank Capital Management. Prior to
that, he was employed by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
Mr. Race earned a BS degree in Business and an MBA from Rollins College
