John T. (JACK) MCDONALD, CEO of Perficient, Inc., has a successful track
record as an entrepreneur in both the US and Europe. Prior to joining
Perficient in April 1999 as CEO, he was a founding shareholder and the
interim CFO of Agillion.com. Previously, Mr. McDonald was the CEO of
Videosite, a company he sold to Gtech Corp. in 1997, and Director of
Corporate Development for Blockbuster Entertainment. The first seven
years of his career were spent as a mergers and acquisitions lawyer with
Skadden Arps in New York. He received both his BA and Law degree from
