JOHN F. KELLY is President and Chief Executive Officer of Frenkel &
Company, Inc., an independent insurance brokerage since 1878. Business
Insurance Management ranks Frenkel in its top 35 United States insurance
brokerage firms, as providers of commercial insurance including
environmental, marine, and personal lines, as well as life and benefit
planning insurance and services. Under Mr. Kelly's stewardship the firm
has expanded its client base worldwide through additional officers in
New Jersey and California. Mr. Kelly purchased Frenkel & Company with a
partner, Robert E. Shunk, in January 2001, from the Frenkel & Company
Employee Stock Ownership Plan. Mr. Kelly earned a BS Finance degree from
Bernard M. Baruch College of the City University of New York in 1977 and
a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter Designation the following
year. Mr. Kelly is a past President of the New York Chapter of C.P.C.U.
(1991). He is an Honorary Board Member of the New Jersey Chapter of
Rainbows for All God's Children, a non-profit grief support group for
children and young adults. Mr. Kelly serves on the Insurance Executive
Board of Atlantic HealthCare Systems in Roseland, New Jersey, and as a
member of the advisory of Mountainside Hospital in Glen Ridge, New
