Jerome H. Walther – Church Capital Management

JEROME H. WALTHER is Chief Operating Officer and a Senior Portfolio Manager with Church Capital Management. He has been with the firm for eight years. Mr. Walther has a corporate finance background from a major Wall Street investment bank. As a professional in the Financial Institutions Group at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., he performed sophisticated quantitative analyses of financial institutions including banks, savings and loan institutions, leasing companies and insurance companies. Mr. Walther was also responsible for the training and oversight of analysts in the group. He earned a BA degree in History with a concentration in Economics and Business from Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota. Mr. Walther serves on the Board of Trustees of Mercer Street Friends, a non-profit organization located in Trenton, New Jersey. He formerly served on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of BMJ Financial Corp. (the holding company for Bank of Mid- Jersey). Profile
