JEFFREY F. O'DONNELL is President and CEO of PhotoMedex, Inc. Mr.
O'Donnell joined PhotoMedex in 1999 as President and CEO and has served
as a member of the Board of Directors since that date. Prior to
PhotoMedex, he joined Radiance Medical Systems (originally
Cardiovascular Dynamics) as Vice President of Sales and Marketing from
1995 to 1997 and then from 1997 to 1999 served as its President and CEO
and subsequently assumed a role as non-executive Chairman of the Board.
Previously, from 1994 to 1995 Mr. O'Donnell held the position of
President and CEO of Kensey Nash Corporation. Additionally, he has held
several senior sales and marketing management positions at Boston
Scientific, Guidant and Johnson & Johnson Orthopedic. In addition to
sitting on the Board of Directors for PhotoMedex, Mr. O'Donnell is
currently an outside Board member of Endologix, Inc., Escalon Medical
Corp., Cardiac Science, Inc., and Replication Medical, Inc. Profile
