JEFFREY DREBEN, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of CVF
Technologies since 1995, is an original co-founder with Robert Nally. He
served as Vice President and Treasurer of CVF Management Limited, the
general partner of CVFLP, which became today's CVF Technologies
Corporation. He has been active in the investment industry since 1979,
first with Merrill Lynch and then as leader of his own firm. His
