MARK ANGELO, prior to co-founding Cornell Capital Partners, LP, was a
Managing Director who co-ran the capital markets division at May Davis,
a regional broker dealer headquartered in New York. While at May Davis,
he was responsible for structuring dozens of transactions for small and
mid-cap companies. He holds a BA in Economics from Rutgers University. Profile
