Mr. Amir brings to DSP Group over 15 years of managerial and Wall Street experience. Responsible for M&A, strategy and investor relations, Mr. Amir has served in his current position since 2016. Prior to DSP Group, Mr. Amir served as a technology analyst for 16 years at J.P. Morgan, Bear Stearns, Lazard and Ladenburg Thalmann covering the semiconductor and hardware sectors. He was a top-ranked analyst and in this capacity advised investors and fund managers how to position their portfolios ahead of technology trends, semiconductor cycles and macroeconomic indicators.
